Meeting at Tbilisi international airport. Transfer, hotel acommodation . After breakfast city tour in capital of Georgia – Tbilisi: Metekhi (XII century) historic district, Kalaubani (the ancient settlement in Tbilisi), Narikala (the ancient fortress), Abanotubani (one of the oldest district), and The Sioni Cathedral of the Dormition (II part of the Vth century), Shardeni street, old mosque, Sinagoga, Sameba Orthodox Cathedral (was build in 1995-2004). In the evening dinner at restourant with Georgian traditional cusine. Overnight in Tbilisi.

After breakfast, departure for Kakheti, to the direction of Telavi. On the way visiting new and old Shuamta Monastery Complex. You will also see wonderful cathedral of Alaverdi (it was built in VI century), Ikalto Academy (highest educational centre in XI-XII centuries). 

Wine tasting in village Napareuli in Arrival in Twins "Old Cellar” offers the guests wine tour, which continues during the year. You can see: open and closed type wine cellars, vodka making "Zavodi”, tasting the wine (opening the pitcher in case of desire), traditional kakhetian feast with "Tamada”-toast-maker and singers of Georgian folk songs . You can participate in vintage called "Rtveli” and pressing the grapes (in Autumn),  baking the bread in "thone” , making khinkali, tatara and churchxela.

For wine tasting offer you 4 kinds of wine: "Kakhuri”-qvevri (white), "Europian” (white), "Saperavi” and "Kaberne”. Two kinds of vodka:  " Chacha” ( white)- is made in "Zavodi” in the territory of cellar and "Chacha” (coloured)- white vodka gets old in barrels for 2 years. Dinner at local restourant. After breakfast departure for Kvareli, where you will see Nekresi Monastery (III quarter of IV century), wine "tunnel” (one of the most beautiful and oldest wine reservoir in Georgia), you will taste wine of several, unique species: "Saperavi:, "Rkatsiteli”, "Krakhuna”, "Kindzmarauli”, Also make participiation in: making "Churchkhela”, "Chacha” degustation, Baking Georgian Bread in Thone.  After you will depart for Signagi, where you will see St. Nino Monastery in Bodbe. Arrival in Signagi. Dinner at local restourant and hotel Accomodation. Overinight in Signagi.
 

After breakfast departure for Tbilisi, on the way visiting David-Gareji Monastery Complex (Monastery was founded in the VI century by one of the thirteen Assyrian monks - St. David Garejeli). Arrival in Tbilisi, Gala dinner in the restaurant. Overnight in Tbilisi
